As Built Professionals have been providing as-built services for over 20 years and carries full general liability insurance coverage.

Henry Lamb
President
Henry founded Asbuilt Professionals, the asbuilt division AEC Consultants Inc, in 2008 after retiring from design build architecture. Henry gained his formal education from the University of Central Florida in Architecture, as well as specialties in civil engineering, structural engineering, land surveying, real estate brokerage, and mortgage brokerage. Henry gained experience in many areas including general contracting, civil engineering, structural engineering, MEP disciplines, and design architecture. Even with a full plate Henry became nationally awarded, picking up multiple construction and design accolades such as the National Gold Award for Design. Since establishing Asbuilt Professionals, Henry is focused solely on his role as President.
When Henry isn’t busy running the family business, you can find him doing one of his many hobbies. He enjoys playing guitar and fishing offshore on the weekends. Henry is also private pilot and even though his passion is aerobatics, he enjoys flying his family on vacations and occasional work trips. While working and vacationing with family may sound exhausting to some, Henry loves to be surrounded by his family and all of their smiles and laughter.
Christine Lamb
Lead Project Coordinator
Christine is the head of project coordination and office manager of Asbuilt Professionals. She has worked with Henry since 2008 to establish and grow the administration side of the business. You can find her on the home page of our website!
Before work, you can find Christine on her spin bike or weight training. On the weekends, she loves to go offshore fishing with Henry.
Samantha Lamb,
Assistant Project Coordinator
Samantha graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Business Management. Prior to graduating, she worked as a summer intern to redesign Asbuilt Professionals’ website to give it a more modern and streamlined user experience. After graduating, she joined the Asbuilt team as Christine’s assistant.
Fitness is one of Samantha’s passions and she enjoys working toward her goals each day. She also loves to travel, and always has her next trip in mind!
Marjorie Lamb
Human Resources
Before starting her role in HR, Marjorie worked for many years as a CAD technician. As Asbuilt Professionals expanded, she transited to HR to help with all of our new associates.
Marjorie enjoys reading; she finishes a new book almost every week! Aside from reading, she loves a challenging word game or puzzle.
